Cove Members have a variety of ways available to them to communicate with POASC and the Board:

1. Questions and Concerns forms available at the POASC Office,
2. On Target boxes available at the POASC Office and both Clubhouses,
3. Ask the Board form available on the website (see below),
4. Input & Suggestions form available on the website (see below),
5. Vacation Alert & UPDATE Mailout forms available on the website (see below),
6. Phone & e-mail - numbers & e-mail addresses in UPDATE and on site,
7. Coffee with the Board - held monthly, see UPDATE and this site,
8. Board Meetings - held monthly, see UPDATE and this site, and finally
9. Regular mail.

Ask the Board
This section consists of a fill in the blanks form that allows you to address specific questions you may have concerning Spanish Cove policies, rules and regulations, covenants, meetings, current issues before the board, and other similar interests or concerns. Once you have filled in the form, click the SUBMIT button and your question will be transmitted to the Board Chairperson who will either answer it or task it to one of the other Board members for an answer.

Input and Suggestions
This section consists of a fill in the blanks form that allows you to provide input or make beneficial suggestions to the POASC Board of Directors, the Office Staff, the Activities Director, etc. that you feel will make Spanish Cove a better place to live or provide constructive input on how things are done around the Cove. When you finish the form, click on the SUBMIT button and your ideas will be sent to the Site Administrator who will forward it to the group you identified as the appropriate recipient.

Vacation/Trip Alerts
This form provides a way to let the POASC office and Security know that you will be away from your home for a period of time, whether it be a real vacation or a trip for some other purpose. It has spaces for where you'll be, who has a key, which lights are left on, and other important information necessary to allow us to help keep your home secure while you're away.

Update Mailouts
This form provides a quick way online to let the Office know where to mail your copies of the Update while you are away from your home for an extended period. Check it out!

Polls and Surveys
This section provides a place where the POASC staff and/or the Board of Directors can post a poll or survey related to a current subject of interest in the cove. Not everyone has web access, so this won't replace the mail out surveys, but it will provide another way to stay in touch with the membership and stay in tune with their opinions.

Documents
The only document on the page currently is "Be a Good Neighbor" which is a short version of some of our covenants and rules.
