Spanish Cove is a covenant-restricted community and is governed by a volunteer 9-member board of directors who serve 3-year terms. Daily operations are overseen by the Operations Manager who reports to the board. He is assisted by a small but able staff which includes a property inspector, maintenance staff, activities coordinator and office personnel. Modest monthly assessments cover these costs as well as fund amenities such as the junior-sized Olympic pool, two clubhouses, tennis courts and pier as well as our 24-hour security team. Maintenance of common areas, road and drainage is also covered. Financial records, minutes of board meetings and other documents are available to property owners and are posted on the website.
