Regardless of your fitness level, you will find equipment to meet your goals.  Located across from the RV Clubhouse, the Cove Fitness Center offers a semi-recumbent bike, commercial grade exercise station, an elliptical, bow flex and free weights along with detailed instructions for proper use and form.
