No matter what kind of exercise you enjoy, chances are you’ll find it in Spanish Cove. Classes range from DVD's on power walking, yoga, pilates, weights, or stretching to instructor-led groups to those with outside certified trainers.   Did we miss one? Sign up to get your specialty started.
Traditional Exercise
These DVD-led classes follow leading national instructors.
  • Video Exercise - 8 a.m. Monday-Thursday, Cove Clubhouse, Poolside Room
  • Men's Stretch & More - 8 a.m. every Tuesday, RV Clubhouse
Water Exercise
Everyone into the pool! No matter the weather, water exercise classes are filled with those who want to stay healthy and have fun. The pool is maintained at 86 degrees in the cooler months when it is under the dome. 
  • Aqua Dynamics - 8:00 a.m., Monday-Friday
  • Water Aerobics - 9:15 a.m., Monday-Friday
  • Evening Water Aerobics - Tuesdays, 5:45 p.m.
  • Aqua ZUMBA/Water Aerobics - Saturdays, 9:00 a.m.
Mind Body
Superb for relieving stress, improving balance and approaching life with great peace.
